I’m fortunate enough to live in a relatively rural area, which I love, and to be honest I’ve been appreciating it a lot more since I’ve started commuting into London everyday. These photos are from a sunset country walk around my hometown the other day, and then from a wonderful weekend trip to visit a friend in Dorset.

As much as I love the city, I’ve always been a country girl at heart, and I find that I’m never happier than when I’m traipsing through a field trying to get the perfect (lame) ‘wheat shot’, or when I’m skipping around a National Trust property and gardens anticipating my cream tea and a visit to the gift shop. You can’t beat nature guys, you can’t even try.
